I love watching tennis...
My Morning Jacket - Wordless Chorus
Lyrics:
So much goin on these days, forget about instinct, it's not what pays.
Pleasure, up and down my smile:
1. A carton of eggs think.
2. It's all worthwhile.
Tell me spirit, what has not been done? I'll rush out and do it.
Or are we doin it now?
Wordlesschorus.
Fissure is the thrill of the day, forget about feeling, that's not what pays.
But you know, all of this can change.
Remember the promise as a kid you made.
Wordlesschorus.
We are the innovators.
They are the imitators.
Come on, hey don't you know how we started...
We forgot about love, but weren't brokenhearted.

increase your metabolism
7 Tips to increase your metabolism
1. Always eat breakfast! Your metabolism will not begin to function properly until you have food in your stomach. If your wait until late morning or early afternoon to eat, your metabolism will run slower.
2. Rather than eating a large meal three times a day, eat 4 to 6 small meals throughout the day. Be sure to space these small meals 2 to 3 hours apart.
3. Don't under-eat to lose weight. Your body will see this as starvation and it will struggle to hold onto the fat and water that it has retained. In essence, your metabolism will shut down. Be sure not to have more than a 5 to 6 hour gap between your small meals (except while sleeping, of course!)
4. Plan your meals in advance. Prepare your lunch and take it with you. A common mistake is to eat too little throughout the day. This may leave you vulnerable to eating junk food or swinging through a drive-thru.
5. Commit yourself to exercise! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away and walk. There is no better cure for slow metabolism than exercise. Attempt to walk as much as possible. Be sure to get your heart rate up by walking for 30 to 40 minutes.
6. Drink plenty of water! The body needs water just as it needs food. If you do not take in enough water, your body will retain the water that it has stored. Most doctors will recommend 8 to 10 - 8oz. glasses per day.
7. Increase your protein intake. When you lose weight, you also lose protein from your muscles. Be sure to keep them strong by adding proteins to your diet. Adult men, women, and teenage children should have 2 servings per day, totaling 6oz. per day.

abortion
An abortion is the premature termination of a pregnancy associated with the death of an embryo or a fetus. This can occur spontaneously, in the form of a miscarriage, or be intentionally induced through chemical, surgical, or other means. All mammalian pregnancies can be aborted; however, human abortion receives the most focus in biology and the mass media.
There have been various methods of inducing an abortion throughout the centuries. In the 20th century, the ethics and morality of abortion became the subject of intense political debate in many areas of the world.

tomb raider linx / My comment
tombraider.com
actiontrip.com
My comment about the game is I like the way it looks ...I just wish it played like the old ones...core is sadly missed...in this one...If they could of pu the the old with the new it would have been the great.
The game is way to easy. I beat the game in 9hrs and some change...but I looked around alot and was trying to get use to the controls...ater you get use it, the game seems to be like the Transformer set up...Shoot kill jump ect. and the game does the rest...
It plays like a game...but looks more real...
The old games looked like a game but played more real..
if you know what I mean.
But...I still like it and so now it part of my collection...

Bouncing tracks
I own a VS-1824CD: 24-bit Digital Workstation
and just incase you didn't know it, Bouncing tracks really frees up track space.
I like to put my voice on paired tracks of 2 and/or 3 times on some songs just to get that smooth sound....I'll even pan those tracks..for more professional recording type sound...
and remember data backup is never to much to invest in.
I've lost a couple songs right in the middle of recording..the machine would freeze or forget to save..power outs...yes power outs...it never seems to fail that when it rains I will come up with some sweet ass beat or groove...and one time the power went out right in the middle...I can't let the rain stop me...
