Jimi Hendrix LIVE - Hear My Train Acoustic
The 12 string Jimi plays is a Zamaitis made in 1960 by Tony Zamaitis. This guitar was borrowed by Peter Neal the director of this film segment which incidently ran out of film so thats why the end is cut off. Jimi played this on 19 Dec 1967.

Nikkfurie de La Caution-Thé à la Menthe
( This page was automatically translated from French. )
The GUARANTEE Mint tea LYRICS
Nikkfurie
Young person, I have the memory of a Mrs Nicole,
Instit' which thought that a wog was not made for the school.
I carried a perforated velvet, red plastic boots,
A wool hood, a pullover or wounds of tennis shoe.
The hairdresser did not even know yet that I existed,
But would be sure that the first which saw us is desisted
However young person and innocent, snot with the nose without kleenex.
There squatte the vat is sand with our srabes and our ideas,
In order to make vandalism even without the knowledge.
Our parents do not have, therefore one wanders without having.
According to our neighbors, large racists, I specify,
We were badly raised, their German shepherd, drawn up better
Me I do not believe in it, moreover I ever believed there,
Because parental is the only love which I ever had.
Thus for step venerates itself: what puts has almond
Virtues of nahané thus of the mint tea.
Hi-Tekk
First time shantytown, clandestine environment
In a bar Barbès has: mint tea, couscous, and tagine with the chart.
More scopitone for Mouloud and Said, Abdallâh.
With a dirty accent, not of salamalek to Hassan the athlete says to me
Originating in Algeria, Hollywood with Tamanrasset.
More mint tea, just of the bitter palaver.
Like a mental patient, I have a headache, I mare in stan smith,
Adidas, Jean 501, that goes I type itself some. Here it is the v' attack.
For some twelve of has carnages in the air there.
This France disintegrates me. One classifies Arabic like a wobbly barbarian.
Screw the culture of the barbecue, steak and fast foods
With the village it is the djellaba and the pullovers of Oujda in Casablanca.
It is banal in bottom of the tèce and I emmerde and I weigh that flagstone.
Ca gash in bottom of my hall. My sorrow and my joy merge
And it is all that remains of our cultural heritage
Nikkfurie
A Nastase adolescence and 501
Pento, cassette of funk and the daron in 505.
But the word problem with a large P came,
Face to which everyone trembled or soaked.
After innocence, pessimism was anchored.
In front of the incandescence, the right way was cambered
I tightened the hand to him and happiness crampé me.
Kind only the money and the honor can return to me true.
But here one can show you things that if had to you you would hang.
They need Arabic, a black what you in short want of the concrete one.
There was the chance never to be caught with the serious one,
Côtoyer the vacuum without never making the somersault.
Modelling our life far from the swan dive.
At the school us vultures against the albatross of Baudelaire.
One found oneself in the rap against all real waitings,
The receipt Sampler pen and mint tea

IPod Battery Kits
I seen on a video that Ipod's battery life only lasts about 18 months and if you call apple they will charge you $255.00 + mail in fee + S/H.
Some say it lasts longer...maybe so...but if and when your battery dies for good...
Instead of sending off to apple or having to buy a new ipod...goto:
ipodjuice.com
And get a new battery for under $30.00 bucks.

Tetris - Bio
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
Tetris is a computer puzzle game invented by Alexey Pajitnov in 1985, while he was working for the Academy of Sciences in Moscow, Russia. Pajitnov has cited pentominoes as a source of inspiration for the game. The game (or one of its many variants) is available for nearly every video game console and computer operating system, as well as on devices such as mobile phones and PDAs. Tetris even appeared as part of an art exhibition on the side of a building. The game first gained mainstream exposure and popularity in 1989 when it was packaged with the original release of Nintendo's Game Boy. Tetris consistently appears on lists of the top video games of all time.

AutoHotkey
AutoHotkey is a free, open-source utility for Windows. With it, you can:
* Automate almost anything by sending keystrokes and mouse clicks. You can write a mouse or keyboard macro by hand or use the macro recorder.
* Create hotkeys for keyboard, joystick, and mouse. Virtually any key, button, or combination can become a hotkey.
* Expand abbreviations as you type them. For example, typing "btw" can automatically produce "by the way".
* Create custom data-entry forms, user interfaces, and menu bars. See GUI for details.
* Remap keys and buttons on your keyboard, joystick, and mouse.
* Respond to signals from hand-held remote controls via the WinLIRC client script.
* Run existing AutoIt v2 scripts and enhance them with new capabilities.
* Convert any script into an EXE file that can be run on computers that don't have AutoHotkey installed.

7 Steps to Great Makeup
Here's a Great Makeup tip for the ladies.....
1. Avoid wearing too much Makeup is meant to enhance features not bring negative attention to you. That's what wearing too much makeup will do; it will bring you unwanted attention. Don't wear too much of anything such as:
i. Eyeliner: dark, thick eyeliner will make you look overdone and will ruin the rest of your makeup.
ii. Mascara: too much mascara looks fake and will flake. It looks especially bad if worn with thick eyeliner or dark blue eye eye shadow.
iii. Foundation: Make sure your foundation is the same color as your skin. Foundation is meant to protect and give the face a smooth look. The magic word is blend.
iv. Powder: The same holds true for powder - not too much. Also, be sure to blend your makeup so there are no obvious lines.
2. Lips Apply lip liner to completely cover the lips, add color and your lipstick will stay on much longer. Make sure your lip liner doesn't show. Also, your lip color should match your skin tone; wear cool colors if you have cool coloring and warm colors if you have warm coloring. If you want to make your lips look smaller, keep your liner on the inside of your lips. However, if you decide to make your lips look larger, going outside the natural outline of you lips is a mistake. This can look quite messy and unnatural.
3. Appropriate makeup Wear makeup that is appropriate for the occasion. If you are going to the beach you shouldn't wear the same or as much makeup as you would if you were going dancing. Also, when you are in daylight your makeup should be a lighter than when you are out for the evening.
4. Too little or no makeup Some women don't wear makeup because they are not sure how to use it and are afraid of being overdone. If you are unsure, start will light colours in your shade. Start slowly and add one product at a time. Maybe start with foundation, add mascara, blush or lipstick. If you are not used to wearing makeup, using a lot a first may be a little too much for you, so start slowly. The bottom line is a little is better than none. If you are still unsure seek professional advice.
5. Overall look
When your makeup is completed it should look natural. That means avoiding colours that clash. If you have dark skin and hair you will look better in darker shades; light colours will make you look washed out. If your hair and skin tone are light, light colours will look better on you. Dark makeup will make you look older and harsh. If you have oily skin, first use oil control moisturizer and foundation. Then be sure to wear loose powder, keeping pressed powder with you for touch ups.
6. Hair color
Your hair color should also be in harmony with your skin. If you have dark hair and you want to add color, keep it close to the same shade. If you have light hair, use light colors. As you age your skin will lighten, so should your hair color. One last thing about hair color - if you do color you hair be sure you keep it up, don't let your roots show.
7. One last thing
Keep makeup looking fresh all day by doing regular touch ups. Don't let your makeup fade or crease.

Cell Phone Acronyms
* GSM: Short for Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM is the most widespread standard for cell phones networks in the world. If you're a jetsetter who likes keeping in touch during your far-flung travels, you should go with a GSM-enabled phone, and here in the U.S., AT&T and T-Mobile are both GSM carriers. Besides the technical differences between CDMA and GSM networks (I'll spare you the details), the main distinction of a GSM phone is that it comes with a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card—a little plastic chip that, as its name implies, identifies your phone on the GSM network. If you take the SIM card out of your GSM phone and put it into another GSM handset, you'll be able to place and receive calls on the second phone using your own cell phone number. GSM phones are also capable of handling six-way conference calls.
* CDMA: Short for Code Division Multiple Access, CDMA networks are much more prevalent in the U.S. than they are abroad, and while CDMA boasts many of the same features as GSM networks (including caller ID, call waiting, and text messaging), there are some key differences—namely, CDMA phones don't use SIM cards. Instead, your phone's identity and number are programmed into the handset by your carrier, and you can't easily switch numbers on CDMA phones as you can with SIM-equipped GSM phones. Also, CDMA phones can only handle three-way conference calls, versus six-way calls on GSM networks. Major CDMA carriers in the U.S. include Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and regional operator Alltel.

IExpress Technology and the IExpress Wizard
Create Executable Wrappers with IExpress in Windows Vista and Windows XP
You can turn scripts into redistributable executable files with existing software in Windows Vista and Windows XP. Windows Vista and Windows XP both have a rarely used tool known as IExpress. The tool allows you to wrap an executable file around your scripts so that you can distribute any script as an .exe rather than distributing a "raw" script file (.bat, .vbs, etc.). This eliminates the need of explaining to non-technical users how to execute scripts through the Command Prompt. This is an extremely useful tool for turning Visual Basic script files and other non-executable scripts into one-click executables. If you would like to learn more information about IExpress, you can read the documentation at Microsoft TechNet

5 star, cheap to make Tea's
White Tea Sangria
Mix together:
ONE PART cold tea (green tea or the standard version --depending on your preference).
ONE PART apple juice
TWO PARTS cheap white wine (preferably dry).
Serve over ice.
*Green Tea Sangria:
Mix together:
One part green tea (it's OK to brew this up with hot water first), one part orange juice and two parts cheap red wine, such as Lambrusco. If you are using tea bags you can leave them in the jug with the other ingredients. Drink straightaway or refrigerate. Serve over ice.
Chilled Green Tea: There's a trick to making green tea for cold consumption. Make your tea with cold water -- don't use boiling or even hot water to brew your leaves -- as hot water releases the bitter flavours. You may find the Chinese green teas less astringent than others. However, flavoured green tea blends will offer you a range of flavour choices(eg: peach, paw paw, mint, etc). Place your tea leaves -- leaves or tea bags -- in a jug. Pour in the cold water and refrigerate. Start drinking 4-6 hours later. No sugar need be added.
Apple Lassi: Stir briskly together one part plain yoghurt and one or two parts apple juice. Variations to your preference. Drink immediately.

Interact with any version of Windows (98/Me/2000/XP)
Windows only: Madotate lets you manage open windows by way of a nifty 3D barn-door effect.
The program adds an extra button to each window's title bar, just to the left of Minimize. Click it and the window swings back like a door. Click anywhere in the window to restore it. You can also assign hotkeys to "swing" the current window or all windows. Madotate supports cool effects like zooming (which you can do with your mouse wheel) and transparent windows (if your video card has the horsepower). It's a really slick little program, though I wish it would remember each window's position: It seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to deciding which direction to swing a window.

Stamp prices to go up
By RANDOLPH E. SCHMID, Associated Press Writer
Fri May 11, 2:49 PM ET
WASHINGTON - It will cost a bit more to mail letters and parcels starting Monday. A first-class letter will go up 2 cents to 41 cents.
But there is also some good news — folks will be able to buy "forever" stamps that remain valid regardless of any future increase.
While the new rates take effect Monday, most post offices are closed on Sunday so officials say items dropped in a box that won't be collected until Monday should have the higher postage on them.
On the other hand, when rates change the agency usually allows a little leeway, and it doesn't plan a rash of returns for insufficient postage.
Postmaster General John Potter has said that even with the higher prices the agency expects a deficit this year as it struggles to compete in a swiftly changing communications market.
For most people, the first-class rate has the greatest impact, covering cards and letters.
While the first-class rate will rise from 39 cents to 41 cents for the first ounce, people sending heavier letters — such as wedding invitations — will see a reduction in the price. That's because each additional ounce will cost just 17 cents, down from the current 24 cents. That means a two-ounce letter will cost 58 cents to mail, compared with 63 cents now.
Also expected to be attractive to many people is the forever stamp.
The first forever stamps are selling for 41 cents apiece, but they won't have a price printed on them and they will remain valid for sending a letter regardless of any future increases.
While a forever stamp will always be valid for mailing a latter, that doesn't mean the price won't go up. If rates were to increase to 45 cents, for example, that's what a forever stamp would sell for. But stamps already purchased at a lower cost could still be used without adding extra postage.
International rates are also going up.
Letters to Canada and Mexico will rise to 69 cents and to most other countries to 90 cents. Other international services are being redesigned to more closely resemble domestic rates, and the charges will vary by country.
Prices based on size and shape are also included in the new domestic rates. For example, while a first-class regular envelope is 41 cents for the first ounce, the charge will be 90 cents for the first ounce of a large envelope and $1.13 for the first ounce of a first-class parcel. For all three each additional ounce is 17 cents.
When the new prices go into effect the fundraising stamp for Breast Cancer will increase to 55 cents. It is valid for first-class postage with the excess charge used to support research into breast cancer.
Postage rates last went up in January 2006.
Details of the new rates are available at usps.com
or 1-800-275-8777.

Postmaster General John Potter has said that even with the higher prices the agency expects a deficit this year as it struggles to compete in a swiftly changing communications market.

measuring the size and mass of other planets
For any planet with a moon, the planet's mass can be approximated by GmM/r² = mv²/r = mrω² = mr(2π/P)², where G is the gravitational constant, m the mass of the moon, M the mass of the planet, r the distance between planet and moon, and P the period of the moon. The mass of the moon cancels out, leaving
M = r³(2π/P)²/G
The masses of moonless planets have to be determined by Perturbation Theory, the effect of one planet's orbit on the orbits of other planets.
The diameter of another celestial object can be estimated by multiplying the angle subtended by the object by its distance from us. A closer estimate is obtained by
d/2 = Dsin(α/2)
where d is the diameter, D is distance to the object, and α is the subtended angle.

People in relationships often don’t ask each other to do certain things simply because they are too shy to bring it up. This goes for both guys and girls: We fear that our partners might think we are a bit too weird.
Your girlfriend could be into some pretty wild stuff, but she might be worried that you’ll think she’s perverted or that it is out of her nature. And you most likely have the desire to try something new, but you might fear she'll think you're a freak or a weirdo or -- worst of all -- unmanly. The thing is, a few lewd (but tactful) suggestions can go a long way, so don’t be afraid to be brave sometimes. Of course, some things are going to be completely out of the question for you or her, but this is something you can discuss: Where and what are your limits? What would you do, and definitely not do? Communication is always the best pathway to the best sex of your life, so get talkin’!
To get you inspired, this article will provide you with a list of naughty things many girls are secretly into. Don’t be shy to ask her if she has fantasized or thought about trying one of the acts listed below. But before you try something new in the bedroom, you need to break the routine patterns that dominate your relationship on every level.
break the routine
Before you try out your “new thing,” break the spell of routine outside of your sex life by doing something nonroutine together. For example, if you come home and watch TV for three hours together every night, go for a walk for an hour and get some ice cream instead. If it’s too cold for that, play a game of cards. You get the drift; it doesn’t matter what it is, just make sure you haven’t done it for the past 30 days straight. Breaking the cycles in your lives will leave you both open to fresh thoughts and actions in the bedroom.
This is great for your relationship anyway, as no one likes to do the same thing week in and week out. Life can be long and boring enough as it is without encouraging your own closest relationship to become stale. Appreciate each other by showing interest in different activities, and you will hopefully be rewarded with an open mind and body when you pop the question about trying one of the sexual activities listed below.
Having sex in a public place
Having sex in a public place is a huge turn-on for many women because it’s just so naughty. Public doesn’t mean “right out on the street in front of everyone to see”; it generally means somewhere discreet, but very much in the public domain. From cars to public toilets to the library, the possibilities are endless… a park, an alleyway, a crowded bus… all these places offer the thrill of debauchery, but you can do it without anyone really actually knowing what you are doing. If you do get caught, the giggles will be worth it unless, of course, you get arrested! Even so, you can add your mug shots to your photo album.
The key to having sex in public is to keep it decent. This means wearing appropriate clothing for easy access, and keeping the huffs, puffs and squeals down. Your thrills may not thrill too many other people.
If you think your girl is not into anal, you could be wrong...

Anal sex
Despite living in the 21st century, many people are still afraid of anal sex -- this includes men. With the right care taken and plenty of lube, anal sex can be extremely pleasurable and fun. Even though it’s had its taboo pass revoked in recent years due to popular demand, not everyone has tried it... or tried it and liked it.
The anal area has millions of nerve endings within its fine walls, and you can even have anal orgasms. The sensation is different to vaginal sex, so it provides a pleasant change when you want to try something new.
The male G-spot (prostate gland) is in the anal canal, and there are special tools (prostate massagers) you can use to provoke what is commonly referred to as "the super O." Whole body orgasms are possible, which stem not from the penis, but from the abdomen and prostate, ricocheting through the body; a deeply moving experience, if you are keen on trying one.
Filming it
Making your own dirty sex tape can be a very sexy way to spend intimate time with your lover. It takes a bit of courage to do this, but it will provide much quality material later on for fantasies. It does take a reasonable dose of trust, so use your scruples, and don’t abuse her faith -- that means don’t show your mates, don’t sell it on the internet (or give it away for free!) and don’t tell anyone without prior permission.
It is easy enough to get out your video phone these days and do a bit of amateur filming at the blink of an eye, so make use of new technologies. It doesn’t have to be a fully set up porn scene, just film yourselves together doing something you both like, then you can look at it later when you need a hand…
Going to a strip club together
This is a brave step for many women, but today’s wonderfully modern woman doesn’t want to be a prude, so your girl may just be delighted if you asked her to come along to a strip club. It doesn’t have to be with all your drooling, horny mates (safety in numbers), just you and your girl checking it out together.
Women really do love to admire other women’s beautiful bodies, and we all wish to Venus that we could dance like that. Yes women envy other women, but on the whole, it is an arousing and attractive experience for a female to watch other females being sexy. All that bare, naked flesh and beautiful lingerie… just keep your hands to yourself, and make sure you pay your girl sufficient attention like a gentleman should.
You are not out with your mates, so don’t act like it. She’ll be paying attention to how you gaze at the girls, so try to keep cool and put more of your focus on your girlfriend.
Follow these tips before you get it on.
Experimenting with light bondage
Being tied up is erotic because it begins a power game. If you tie me up, you have the power. If I tie you up, I have the power. Bondage doesn’t have to be whips and chains and gimp masks, it can be as simple as knotting her panties around her wrists with the bed post in between so she is at your mercy.
Sheets and underwear do nicely. You don’t need any fancy rope or handcuffs -- though these are always nice and they make a suggestive gift if you want to bring up such antics discreetly. Keep ties firm but not too tight, and the golden rule is if you are going to play rough, have a safe word so even if you are role playing and pretending to hate what she is doing to do you, if at any time you become uncomfortable and actually do want to stop, you can say the magic word and she’ll let you go.
Playing dress up
Naughty knickers spice up your sex life. I’m not talking about a pair of black and red frillies here; I’m talking about proper dress ups. Maid or nurse outfits, male and female stripper outfits, policeman and fireman uniforms, anything your combined imaginations can conjure up. Ask her to pick a fantasy man for you to dress up as, and then you get to do the same with her. It’s loads of fun and gives you both the opportunity to safely delve a little deeper into your fantasy worlds.
some tipsDon’t: Rush into it. Sometimes a girl has to talk about her fantasy for months and months before she feels ready and willing to actually try it.
Don’t: Suggest something energetic when you both don’t have much energy, like after a big day at work or during an emotionally stressful time.
Don’t: Try to push her out of her comfort zone and don’t let her do the same to you. Trying new things is all well and good, but being coerced into something you are not comfortable with is damaging.
Do: Make an effort with the atmosphere. Depending on what you’re trying out, pay attention to your surroundings and whether they provide the best atmosphere for the mood you’re going for. Make the atmosphere conducive to new and interesting things.
Do: Make an effort with your appearance. If you want to get your girlfriend to try something new, you need to keep your end of the bargain and keep yourself well-groomed. That way she won’t feel like she’s the one making all of the effort.
try something newThere are so many new things to try out when it comes to your sex life, even if you think you’ve tried it all, try it again, in a different color, with a different flavor or in a different place. If you feel like you aren’t getting the most out of your sexual adventures due to shyness, be brave! Be suggestive, talk about things you would both like to do; you will be surprised at what comes out. Don’t ever forget that the best sex comes to those who communicate.

Disabling services in Vista
Warning - disabling services can cause your system to behave unpredictably, reduce security, not boot at all, or rupture the space-time continuum. Proceed with caution, only if you know what you are doing.
* I am not to be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
If you don't know what your doing....Just don't do it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Navigate to: control panel - administrative tools - services
Then try disabling the following (doubleclick, select disabled under startup type, click OK).
- Background Intelligent Transfer Service
- DHCP client
- Diagnostic policy service
- Diagnostic System Host
- Distributed link tracking client
- DNS client
- IP Helper
- IIS Admin Service - if you don't plan on using IIS, you don't need this enabled
Disabling this helps to speed up Windows Explorer when performing network tasks
- Peer Name Resolution Protocol
- Portable Device Enumerator Service
- PRNP Auto Registration
- ReadyBoost (if you are not using this feature (no flash drive)
- Secondary Logon (This may prevent you from using the “Run As/Run as Administrator†option.
- Security Center (prolly kills off defender etc).
- Shell Hardware Detection Service (Kills autorun - and good riddance).
- Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) if your computer isn't going to be running as a mail server, you don't need this
- SSDP discovery (Something to do with UPNP devices. Darned if I know or care)
- Superfetch (This is Vista's amazing caching service. Think of it as Vista's Smartdrv. In theory it will slow down some operations but AFAIK it didn't make much of a difference, and released a LOT of RAM).
- System Event Notification Service.
- Tablet PC Input Service If you do not use a Tablet PC or you're on a desktop computer, you don't need this
- Terminal Services.
- Web client.
- Windows Defender (First disable it from control panel).
- Windows Error Reporting.
- Windows Event Log.
- Windows Image Acquisition (if no scanner and you are using your digital camera via a card reader).
- Windows Search (This is that annoying indexing utility. Keep it if you need to find files fast).
- Windows Time.
- Windows Update (if you can't manually update, turn this back on).
- Print spooler (if you don't have a printer).
Don't disable task scheduler as defragment depends on it.

Hide, Delete, or Destroy the Recycle Bin Icon in Windows Vista.
Right-click and delete. It’s as simple as that.
Note: that you can also configure this from the Desktop Icon Settings in Personalization if you don't want to delete it.
--------------------
Hide Desktop Icon Text on Windows Vista.
Just right-click on the shortcut, and choose Rename. Now hold down the Alt key and type in 255 on the keypad to the right of the keyboard. You can’t use the number keys right above the keyboard, they won’t work. If you have a laptop, you can turn on numlock and then use the little number keys next to the regular letters. (You know you always wondered what they were for)
For the first shortcut on the desktop, a simple Alt+255 will do. For the next shortcut, you’ll have to enter the combination twice (Alt+255, Alt+255). For the third, 3 times… you get the idea.
The way this works is that the Alt+255 character is blank, so the shortcut filename is actually just named with a character that is completely blank. Since you can’t have two shortcuts or files named the exact same thing, the second shortcut will have to be named with two blank characters.
Now we have a sweet looking icon on the desktop, with no bothersome text beneath it.
This tip should actually work on any version of Windows, but it works a lot better on Vista, because Vista has beautiful icons.
If you use this tip to rename a folder, you will not be able to rename the folder back using the right-click rename. I’m not sure why this is. What you’ll have to do is open a command prompt and change directory into the containing folder (For instance, the desktop folder), and run this command:
ren “Alt+255” “NewFolderName”
You will need to actually type the Alt+255 characters where illustrated in the command. It will appear as a space.
Note that the Recycle Bin icon won’t work this way, you’ll have to
do this.
Hide the Recycle Bin Icon Text on Windows Vista.
Just download the registry patch, unzip, and then double-click on the file. You’ll get a bunch of UAC prompts asking if you really want to do this.
After the patch has been added, right click on the desktop and choose Refresh, and you should see your new Recycle Bin icon without the text:
HideRecycleBin.zip
If you want to restore the Recycle Bin icon text, you can download this registry patch instead, unzip, and then double-click on the file. Your recycle bin text will go back to normal.

Disable or Hide Optional Updates on Windows Vista.
Just open up Windows Update:
All you have to do to hide these updates, is to right-click on an item in the list, and choose “Hide update” from the menu.
If you ever decide you want to install the updates, there’s a “Restore hidden updates” link on the left-hand side of the screen that will let you put them back in the list.

Built-in Quick Launch Hotkeys in Windows Vista
Windows Vista lets you use hotkeys for the first 10 items in the Quick Launch menu. These hotkeys are assigned automatically, so there’s no need to do anything other than understand how they work.
For each icon in the Quick launch bar, the hotkey Win + number is assigned. These are assigned from left to right, 1-9 (and 0 for 10).
The automatic hotkeys are assigned like this:
Win + 1 - Show Desktop:
Win + 2 - Flip3D:
Win + 3 - Windows Media Player
Win + 4 - Internet Explorer
( or what ever programs you have there)
To use Show Desktop use Win + D
--------------------------
Create a Custom Boot Logo for Windows Vista
There’s a little utility that you can use to create the boot logo formats.
First you’ll need to download the Vista Boot Logo Generator 1.1 utility,
which we’ll use to create the correct logo image type. Once it’s installed, you need to make sure that you run the application as administrator:
We should choose an appropriate logo file. Since I’m a big fan of linux, and not as big a fan of Windows Vista, I chose an image of Tux making windows suck that I found over here.
Choose two versions of the image, one needs to be 800×600 at 24 bit color, and the other 1024×768 at the same color depth. Both files must be in Bitmap(BMP) format. Save the file somewhere like your desktop, because we can’t yet copy directly to the correct directory, until we take ownership of the file.
To take ownership of the file, you’ll have to open an administrator command prompt. (type cmd into the start menu search box, and hit Ctrl+Shift+Enter), and then run this command:
takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winload.exe.mui
Now run this command, substituting geek for your username:
cacls C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winload.exe.mui /G geek:F
Now copy the file that you created into the C:\windows\system32\en-US\ directory. Make sure you choose the overwrite option.
Now you’ll need to use the msconfig utility. Just type msconfig into the start menu search box, and then click the Boot tab:
Check the “No GUI boot” option, and we’re all ready to reboot and test it out.
-----------------------
Enable Hidden BootScreen in Windows Vista
Microsoft decided to hide a more visually appealing boot screen that can easily be enabled.
The hidden one, is called “Aurora”
All you have to do is type msconfig into the start menu search box, and hit enter.
Click the Boot tab, and then check the “No GUI boot” checkbox.
Hit OK and reboot the computer. You should see the new boot screen immediately.
Note: You may get a Windows Defender error on the next startup. You can enable the system config utility using the tray icon and this error will go away.

Save 15 Keystrokes - Use Ctrl+Enter to Complete URL
On modern browsers, such as IE7 and Firefox, hitting Ctrl + Enter will automatically fill in the www. and the .com part of the URL.
example:
Just type in yahoo ( or what ever you want) into the address bar in your browser:
Now hit Ctrl + Enter together:
You saved yourself 15 keystrokes!
More Keystroke combinations:
Ctrl + Enter - Auto-complete *.com address
Shift + Enter - Auto-complete *.net address
Ctrl + Shift + Enter - Auto-complete *.org address
If you add Alt to any of those key combinations, it will auto-complete and open the new address in a new tab as well. Alt+Ctrl+Enter will auto-complete a *.com address in a new tab, for instance.
------------------
To do this, click the Start button, and then right click on your User name. Choose the Show on Desktop option:
That's it...Now your home directory icon should show up on your desktop.

Stephen Hawking Does Rolls In Zero Gravity
Renowned physicist Stephen Hawking basked in weightlessness, flipping in the air after years of being able to make only tiny facial movements. He hopes it is only the beginning. "It was amazing," Hawking said. "I could have gone on and on."

Disable ( UAC) feature on Vista
4 ways to Disable the User Account Control (UAC) feature on my Windows Vista.
Method #1 - Using MSCONFIG
Launch MSCONFIG by from the Run menu.
Click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Disable UAP" (this should probably change to UAC in next Vista beta builds and in the RTM version). Click on that line.
Press the Launch button.
A CMD window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window.
Close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.
Note that you can re-enable UAC by selecting the "Enable UAP" line and then clicking on the Launch button.
Method #2 - Using Regedit
Open Registry Editor.
In Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Locate the following value (DWORD):
EnableLUA
and give it a value of 0.
Note: As always, before making changes to your registry you should always make sure you have a valid backup. In cases where you're supposed to delete or modify keys or values from the registry it is possible to first export that key or value(s) to a .REG file before performing the changes.
Close Registry Editor. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.
In order to re-enable UAC just change the above value to 1.
Method #3 - Using Group Policy
This can be done via Local Group Policy or via Active Directory-based GPO, which is much more suited for large networks where one would like to disable UAC for many computers at once.
If using Local Group Policy you'll need to open the Group Policy Editor (Start > Run > gpedit.msc) from your Vista computer.
If using in AD-based GPO, open Group Policy Management Console (Start > Run > gpmc.msc) from a Vista computer that is a member of the domain. In the GPMC window, browse to the required GPO that is linked to the OU or domain where the Vista computers are located, then edit it.
In the Group Policy Editor window, browse to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options.
In the right pane scroll to find the User Access Control policies (they're down at the bottom of the window). You need to configure the following policies:
You'll need to reboot your computers.
Method #4 - Using Control Panel
Open Control Panel.
Under User Account and Family settings click on the "Add or remove user account".
Click on one of the user accounts, for example you can use the Guest account.
Under the user account click on the "Go to the main User Account page" link.
Under "Make changes to your user account" click on the "Change security settings" link.
In the "Turn on User Account Control (UAC) to make your computer more secure" click to unselect the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer". Click on the Ok button.
You will be prompted to reboot your computer. Do so when ready.
In order to re-enable UAC just select the above checkbox and reboot.
